Hello, and welcome to my web-page!
I am thrilled to be offering my services at the Leaside Therapy Centre. I have 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in the education and mental health fields, with a strong interest in counselling parents.
As a former Teacher and Special Education Consultant, I have a thorough understanding of child/adolescent development and behaviour. With this expertise, I offer guidance to implement strategies to cope with a variety of behavioural, emotional and learning challenges. |

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education,
and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
I appreciate the unique challenges that every client brings to therapy sessions, and my approach is tailored to your individual needs and goals. It is supportive, client centered, and goal directed. Therapy approaches include: Cognitive-behavioural , Brief solution-focused, Emotionally focused, and Psychodynamic (Adlerian).
I am a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists
and Psychotherapists.
