Amy L. Lister
WORKING AT 1395 BAYVIEW AVENUE IN LEASIDE With 15+ years of coaching experience, a background in education, along with psychotherapy and art therapy training, I integrate multiple modalities into our work together. I am here to navigate whatever challenges are arising for you -in your own way, at your own pace. Let's co-create a path forward that nourishes a deeper sense of wellbeing in your life, work and relationships.
I am so glad that you found your way here. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, or for your children or family- together we will support you to find steady ground in these challenging times. With care, creativity and connection, we’ll explore, process and express feelings, ideas and experiences to help you orient, develop your inner and outer support systems, and move forward with a strengthened sense of self & place in the world.
It would be a privilege to companion you in this season of your life….Let’s connect.
When engaging in psychotherapy I take a person-centred approach integrating conversation, silence, reflection, body-based, and mindfulness compassion-based practices. In art therapy sessions, we explore nature, art materials and found objects in playful creative process and artmaking as part of the wellness journey.
