Toronto, ON (December 1, 2024) – Leaside Therapy Centre, a leading provider of mental health services in Toronto, today announced its rebranding to Leaside Therapy Group. This name change reflects the organization's significant growth and evolution, with the addition of skilled therapists across the GTA and beyond.

"We are excited to announce this next chapter in our journey as Leaside Therapy Group," said Sheri Betel, Director. "Our new name and expanded reach reflect our commitment to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care to more people right in their neighbourhoods."

Leaside Therapy Group's new satellite locations will offer a range of services, including:

  • Individual therapy
  • Couples therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Specialized child and teen therapy

The organization will continue to provide in-person and online therapy sessions at all locations.

I specialize in individualized and collaborative therapy for adults, couples, and families. With a Master of Social Work degree and a background in Human Resources, I bring a rich understanding of the complexities of human relationships to my practice. Just as each person is unique, so too should be the therapy process. My flexible approach allows us to customize our work to fit your unique needs and goals.

In our sessions, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, recognizing that using different tools in a collaborative way can be the most effective path to achieving your goals. Together, we will identify the approach that feels right for you, creating a nurturing environment where you can express yourself openly.
